Coaching Deliverables
During a coaching relationship, there are many different kinds of deliverables the client may expect from the coach, and these will change over time. However, the most common deliverables include:

    1. Perspective. Your coach will provide a fresh or different way of looking at a situation and help you be able to make new observations from that perspective.
    2. Validation. Your coach can provide encouragement or acknowledgement of your hard work and achievements as you make difficult changes and overcome your personal and business challenges.
    3. Experience and Knowledge. Your coach can provide wisdom, knowledge or opinions relevant to your situation.
    4. Energy. Your coach provides positive energy and support as needed to stick with your coaching program.
    5. Options. Your coach may provide potential solutions to your problem or suggest courses of action to move you past any point where you are "stuck".
    6. Plan. Your coach may develop a plan of action in conjunction with you, with specific steps to take and timelines for action.
    7. Structure. Your coach may suggest or provide a support and/or follow-up structure to keep your goals top of mind and encourage completion.
    8. Resources. Your coach may introduce other professionals, materials, tools and assessments to move the coaching objectives forward.
    9. Brainstorming. Your coach may work with you to expand the options you thought you had for action.
    10. Caring. Your coach cares about you achieving your outcome and demonstrates this through listening, patience, confidentiality and empathy.
    11. Training. Your coach may train you in specific business or personal skills necessary to achieve your desired outcome through exercises in observation and action.
    12. Advice. Your coach may provide recommendations and suggestions.
    13. Strategy. Your coach can develop a personal or business strategy with you.
    14. Feedback. Your coach offers honest and thoughtful feedback, observations, insights and opinions with your agenda in mind.
    15. Challenge. Your coach challenges you in ways that stretch your beliefs, your habits and your vision for yourself.
